MAGRUDER, Henry C.: (22) Hung for crimes committed while a Southern Guerilla fighter. Joined Gen. Buckner's command at 17, escaped from Ft. Donelson, was a member of Gen. Sidney Johnson's body guard, joined Morgan's command and escaped capture in Ohio, had since been a Guerilla fighter. Louisville, KY. (24 Oct 1865)
