18 Feb 1829  Constituted by Willis Cox, John Neale, Hugh Furnan, James Wilson, Ruben Aldredge, Mathias Aldredge, Mary Wilson, Mary Mathis, Nancy Mathews, Marthy Chappell, Sarah Aldridge.

 Presbytery was William Henderson, and Zachariah A. Gorden.

 Jesse Carter, James Perryman, Jane Perryman and Martha Neal were received by experience.

 March 1829  Received James Crawford, Mary Crawford and Clark Fleming by experience. Also received John Stewart, Eliza Stewart, John Ransom, Taply Booth, Nancy Jamison, Lester Kinian Harderson by experience, James Baker by letter. James, a black man, property of R. Aldredge.

 April 1829  Received Levi Smith and Eliza Smith, his wife.

Received bretheren Clark Aldredge, Darius Scott, Creasy, a woman of color, property of James Perryman, all by experience.

 May 1829  Received by letter:  Butcher Pearson Arnold, Sophia Arnold, John Stinson, Thomas M. Steed, Milly Steed, Ann Stinson, Hannah O’Neal, and Kizziah, a woman of color.

 June 20 1829 Received sisters Elizabeth Weekley, Sealy Jamison by letter. John Neale and Ruben Aldredge chosen as deacons. Jesse Carter, Clerk.

 Agreed to build a meeting house 50 feet long x 40 feet wide, 12 ft, 18 lights,3 doors, 13 windows.

 Appoint James Bile, Willis Cox and Ruben Aldredge of the Church and William Snellings & Samuel Flournoy of the citizens as a committee to carry the laws in to effect on behalf of the church. And they -----------episcopal.

 Received brother James Livingston and Sister Jane Livingston by experience.

 July 1829 Received Lucy, the property of Thomas Ivy by ex-perience. Brother John Ransom dismissed by letter. Received brother Jeff, the property of Willis Cox by experience.

 Aug 15 1829 Received sister Sarah Evans, John Fleming and Rebecca Fleming.

 Nov 1829 Received Sister Nancy Brown by letter.

 Dec 1829  Received Brother Jim, man of color, the property of Charles -----. Brother John Stinson appointed one of our deacons. Brother John Ross appointed pastor for next year.

 Feb 2 1830  Received Simeon Irwin-------? By letter. Sister Ann Stinson applied for letter of dismission. Granted.

 Mar 27 1830 Henry P. Butcher applied for letter of dismiss-ion. Granted.

 Apr 18 1830  Received sister Dinah, servant of John Hammack and Sister Mary, servant of David Bryan by experience. Received Sister Betty, property of Levi Smith, and Sister Sally, a servant of Milor Parker. Received Brother John Ousley and Mary Ousley by letter.

 May 28 1830  Received Sisters Peggy Adams & Mary Mitchell by letter. Received Brother Thomas Jordan & Sister Levicey Jordan, Rebecca Hammock by letter. Recognizes Brother Jordan as a deacon. Received Susannah Veazey under the watch of the church.

 June 13 1830  Received Brother Harry, property of John Hammock by letter. Received Sister Matilda White by experi-ence and Miley Aldridge and Marthy Long also. Received Sister Charity Blaylock by letter.

 June 30 1830  Received Sister Betty, a servant of Thomas Jordan, and Sister Hannah, servant of Dr Bugg by letter. Received Sister Polly Duglass by letter.

 July 4 1830  Received Sister Asenith Phillips and Elizabeth Howel by experience.

 July 24 1830  Received Sister Rutha Mangrum by experience.

 Aug 4 1830  Received Brother Howel and Robert Mangrum by ex-perience. Received Brother David Bryant by letter and Sis-ter Catherine Bryant by experience.

 Aug 27 1830  Received Sisters Eliza E. Dyer and Frances Landrum by letter.

 Aug 28 1830  Received Sisters Lidia Gilbert and Sealey Ousley by experience. Received letter by Thomas Jordan to consider him no longer of the Baptist Church and the Church agreed to postpone the matter.

 Aug 29 1830  Undertook the case of Brother Jordan and agreed to excommunicate. Received Sister Ann Stinson by letter.

 Oct 30 1830  Sister Asenith Phillips applied for letter of dismission. Granted.

 Dec 4 1830  Received the Reverent Hiram Powell and Sister Penina and Ester Powell by letter. Sister Mary Landford applied for letter of dismission and it was granted. Receiv-ed our Brother Frances Lenard by experience.

 Feb 4 1832  Received Sister Nancy Childers by letter.

 Mar 3 1832  Received Brother Mark George and Sister Jane George, his wife, by letter.

 May 5 1832 The several sisters, Nancy Jamison, Nancy Childers, Charity Blaylock, Rebecca Hammock applied for letters of dismission and these were granted.

 Apr 5 1834 Received Sister Ann Harvey, Granna B. Drummon, Sarah Pickard, Mary C. Pickard, Irene Pickard, Phebe L. Pickard, also Brother Micajah and Barksdale Pickard by letter.

 Nov 4 1834  Received our Sister Amanda Trice by letter.

Jan 6 1838  Brother Robert Snellings applied for a letter of dismission which was granted.

 Mar 2 1838 Received Brother Elisha Culpepper by letter. Charge Sister Sarah Booth with playing cards for amusement and Brother Duke Moyer and -----------as a committee to wait on the sister and counsel with her. Result, she excluded from the Church.

 Nov 30 1838  Sister Jamison long absent from Church.

 Jan 4 1840  The Church received satisfactory evidence that Sister Jamison is dead.

 Oct 30, 1840  Brother Micajah Pickard and Sister Sarah Pickard received letters of dismission.

 Dec 5 1840  Received Sister Elizabeth and Sister Susan C. Snellings by letter.

 Feb 1841  Received Brother Thomas Jamerson by letter.

 July 31 1841  16 day meeting- Received by experience: Marthy Snellings, Elizabeth Scott, Alexander Snellings, Frances H. Dubose, Zachariah Booth, John Booth.
